If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable. If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days. Child Policy Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost. Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate. Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

Fantastical experience and wonderful if you have the time. There is so much to see and explore. Great location as you will most likely visit the mall anyway and awesome for photos.

Its in Dubai Mall so you can have aquarium visit while hanging out in the mall. You can see part of Aquarium by walking through the mall for free. To get the best experience take the tickets. Its not expensive and the view is amazing. Families with young kids must do it. Kids will love it.

I have been seeing tv ads for this attraction for over 12 months and was determined to see it in person. Our visit did not disappoint. Purchase of tickets online a different story. There seemed to be a lot of people queuing but when we got in it was not crowded. The underwater tunnel was amazing, lots of displays (a few more identification signs on display ranks would be helpful).

Aquarium and underground zoo were fun but seemed a bit overpriced. Enjoyed all the animals and layout of the zoo. Bonus…it’s nice and cool!

Aquarium provides a nice experience, a lot of exotic species to be observed. Upper part has even larger variety of animals to see, apart from fish you can see otters, crocs, lizards, etc There's a separate area with penguins, however, it requires a separate ticket, which is sad.
